OC Tournament Update 1

So because Finals week suck up on me I'm a bit busy this weekend. So for anyone still wanting to join the due date hasn't passed. I'm extending it another week. This should be the only extension I need on my part and I'll admit I lost track of time. So far no one has been rejected, any submitted forms are accepted at this point (Characters look pretty balanced and whatnot) I'm looking forward to the actual contest part of this probably as much as any of you are.
